The VP of Engineering & Development will work closely with our offshore teams and onshore departments to guarantee that our development efforts align with the company's overall goals and objectives, with a particular emphasis on cyber security and HIPAA compliance commitments.The Vice President of Engineering and Development will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).This role will encompass the responsibility of providing regular updates to the CTO concerning all ongoing projects, challenges, achievements, and pertinent matters.In addition, the VP of Engineering and Development will be tasked with overseeing at least two development teams and working closely with the scrum manager, product owners, and the VP of Product.Nonstop has adopted a fully remote work policy, so please note this position will be mostly remote, except for occasions that may require travel for face-to-face meetings.Research and Development - Assist CTO in assessing new technologies, taking PoCs (proof of concept) to product, and continually reviewing new ways to eliminate threats to the company systems and programs.Leadership and Project Management - Work closely with various departments, including (but not limited to) Marketing, Sales, R&D, Human Resources, Finance, Member Support, and Account Services to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.Fully remote position.
