Customer Engagement

  • Enhance customer loyalty at both the Global Value Retail (GVR) and channel levels.
  • Reduce warranty costs and drive recurring revenue through the Insite 360 solution.

Channel Management

  • Direct the management of our third-party distribution and service network in North America, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
  • Support over 300 authorized service contractors and 3,000 certified technicians to maintain service excellence.
  • Develop and implement training programs to equip channel partners with the necessary skills for effective customer support.

Strategic Development

  • Establish and maintain spares stocking strategies to enable prompt issue resolution.
  • Conduct business reviews with channel partners to assess performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead the global AMO business, with accountability for bookings, revenue, and margin across all regions.

Market Analysis

  • Monitor competitive landscapes and devise strategies for market share growth.
  • Formulate and execute repair and remanufacturing strategies to counter third-party service providers.

Collaboration and Relationships

  • Foster strong internal relationships with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including customers and partners, to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading sales, marketing, and service teams.
  • Strong business acumen with a background in solution selling, particularly in remote connectivity.
  • Excellent negotiation and contracting skills.
  • Experience in the fuel retail or commercial fuel sectors is preferred.
