Goals and Performance Metrics:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in achieving both immediate and long-term objectives, including:
Enhancing fundraising revenue and improving donor engagement.
Broadening our donor base through targeted research.
Securing grants and overseeing grant-funded initiatives.
Developing a sustainable and diversified funding strategy.
Strengthening PPNorCal's reputation as a leading health care provider and advocate.


Your performance will be assessed based on fundraising goals, donor retention rates, major contributions secured, grant success rates, relationship development, fundraising efficiency, and event outcomes.
