Job Title: Cannabis Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cannabis Sales Account Manager to join our team at Grow Op Farms. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between customers and our company, addressing any questions or issues that may arise.
  • Perform weekly check-in sales calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Make 25-30 sales calls per week, visiting stores in assigned territory to promote our products and build relationships with customers.
  • Host quarterly business reviews with top accounts to discuss sales performance, product offerings, and customer needs.
  • Calculate discounts for special buys or outdated product and notify the Sales Support Representative Team.
  • Notify upper management of any product or paperwork issues.
  • Alert clients of new products, promotions, and other important information.
  • Provide product and specials recommendations to customers to build account relationships.
  • Use data tools and account history to analyze accounts and make suggestions for maximizing sales and brand presence.
  • Coordinate Vendor Day events with scheduling personnel.
  • Track and review real-time client inventory using Headset, Greenbits, and other inventory and data programs.
  • Place weekly proposal orders in the Panda Portal for approval by vendor, considering inventory trends and flow rates, and distribution voids as well as par levels set by vendor if applicable.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Business-to-business sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Cannabis sales experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel (state-wide) for Vendor Shows and as needed.
  • High School Diploma or a General Education Degree.
  • Computer experience is preferred.
  • Frequently sit or stand for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks with hands, pull/push, carry up to 25 pounds, and grasp.
  • Frequently walk, reach, and taste, or smell.
  • Occasionally climb, stoop/crouch, crawl, carry up to 50 pounds, talk, or hear.
  • Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses and differentiate between colors (no color blindness).
