Lead Budtender

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Budtender to join our team at Grow Op Farms. As a Lead Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading the budtending team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in customer service and cannabis industry knowledge. They will be able to provide product information to customers, maintain inventory and cash controls, and ensure compliance with state and local regulations.

• Lead the budtending team and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Provide exceptional customer service and product information
• Maintain inventory and cash controls, and ensure compliance with state and local regulations
• Assist with inventory and sales positions, and work closely with management
• Ensure POS counters are ready to go when the dispensary opens, and maintain fully stocked and clean POS counters at all times
• Participate in periodic staff cleanings and meetings, and ensure all guests are greeted as they arrive and when they depart
• Provide all customers with excellent customer service, and inform inventory and management if any product inventory is running low
• Ensure each customer receives your full attention during their transaction, and handle customer disputes and price corrections
• Be knowledgeable about everything and anything cannabis related, and be knowledgeable of any and all specials
• Read industry publications to keep up-to-date on trends, and ensure you and your uniform/clothing are clean and professional

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Strong background in customer service and cannabis industry knowledge
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds safely and properly, and stand/walk for up to 8 hours at a time
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of marijuana strains, edibles, extracts, and other current products on the market
• English/Spanish speaking, and authorization to work in the United States
