About the Role

Gladstone Mitsubishi, a subsidiary of Time Auto Group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales and customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers to build a loyal client base.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle, taking into account their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, options, and the latest technologies, to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to identify opportunities for referral business.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience as an Automotive Sales Consultant, with a preference for 1 year or more.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Strong finance knowledge, documentation skills, phone etiquette, and effective scheduling.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
