Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at Dick Hannah Volkswagen Hyundai of Portland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and leasing new and used vehicles, exceeding sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Test Drives: Offer test drives to all prospects, following dealership procedures to obtain proper identification.
  • Utilize Sales Tools: Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems to manage sales leads and customer interactions.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
  • Professional Development: Attend product and sales training courses as requested by sales management.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to use computer hardware and software, as well as physical stamina to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work in a team-oriented process with a positive attitude.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to sell and negotiate effectively, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
