Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Time Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing expert knowledge of our vehicle offerings, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers to build a loyal client base.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle, taking into account their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, options, and technologies, to become a trusted authority in the automotive industry.
  • Deliver exceptional vehicle demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and value of our products.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful referral business and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to overcome objections and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales objectives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • 6-12 months of experience in automotive sales or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Strong finance knowledge, documentation skills, and phone etiquette.
  • Self-starter mentality, ambitious spirit, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
