About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, educating contractors about our value proposition, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to increase the usage of our services and workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and foster strong business relationships with clients and field employees
  • Grow sales by prospecting, cold calling, and canvassing within your set territory
  • Commit to safety by conducting safety walkouts and reviewing safety check-lists
  • Ensure client satisfaction by conducting routine check-ins and troubleshooting issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and maintain open communication
Requirements
  • Experience working in a hybrid work environment is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and field employee relationships
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems is helpful
  • Experience cold calling, canvassing a territory, and generating new business leads is helpful
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $75,000, with uncapped commission potential ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 annually. Additionally, we provide a monthly auto reimbursement, company-matched 401(k), paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and voluntary supplemental life insurance.
