Account Manager

The Account Manager position plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue for Alcon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to capitalize on revenue opportunities in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase sales and revenue in your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Eye Care Practitioners to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide product and technical consultation to doctors on the appropriate use of Alcon products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with the Area team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
- Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of the Eye Care market and industry trends.
