Enterprise Sales and Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales and Relationship Manager to join our team at Chemtek.
About the RoleAs an Enterprise Sales and Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing clients, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Sales Experience: 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Technical Skills: Strong mechanical skills and a knack for technical details to help explain the benefits of PavePro's Asphalt Production Solutions to clients.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Commission and Bonus: Commission and bonus based on performance, with the potential to earn up to $20,000 per year.
- Benefits: Health insurance, expense reimbursement for family, holidays, paid time off, sick time, vacation, and 401(k) with company contribution.
- Work-Life Balance: Work from home one day and four days in the field, with some overnight travel required.
