Job Description

As a Sales Solutions Architect at Spectrum Enterprise, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing network solutions for clients, including preparation of network topologies and technical specifications;
  • Preparing and submitting client network solution designs and forecast project cost elements;
  • Partnering with sales teams on solution pricing and submission of an IRR;
  • Reviewing proposal solutions and creating technical presentations to explain product benefits;
  • Supporting the integration and implementation of solutions by answering questions for sales support;
  • Conducting client site surveys to distribute post-sale documentation and support.
Requirements

To be successful as a Sales Solutions Architect at Spectrum Enterprise, you will need:

  • Three or more years of telecommunications sales engineering experience;
  • Cisco certification, such as CCDA, CCNA, or CCNP;
  • Technical skills including understanding of DPL, EVPL, ELAN, LAN, and WAN; familiarity with fundamentals related to routers, switches, MAN DS3, OC-x, CSU, DSU, and other CPE; knowledge of DNS, TCP, IP, VPNs, and data security methods; experience with voice networking; adeptness with MPLS, VPLS, VoIP, SONET, and DWDM; expertise in routing protocols; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
