Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Enterprise Project Manager to lead our project management team. The successful candidate will have 7 years of leadership experience in project management, including field expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop project management staff, providing expertise to support a diverse group of project management professionals.
  • Provide leadership and direction on complex technology implementations and start-ups, including equipment life cycle and required enablement.
  • Direct the implementation of new equipment and technology, including infrastructure, installation, and commissioning, and start-up readiness.
  • Manage the documentation and procedures to successfully launch new technology and allow for a transition to a sustainable operation.
  • Analyze expenses and assess correlations with earlier cost and future price direction.
  • Manage schedules, equipment build and delivery, coordination with vendor teams, including transportation, continuous improvement, and innovation with start-ups, operational improvements, and technology features.
  • Lead and mentor project managers in all aspects of their areas of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
  • 7 years of project management leadership experience, including field expertise.
  • Availability to travel domestically up to 75% of the time.
  • Experience directing root cause analysis activities, and supporting process development and documentation.
  • The ability to identify and specify the use of automation where justified.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; ability to partner with each department and facility to streamline, improve, and sustain processes with a primary focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • The ability to execute continuous improvement and Lean strategies by translating business objectives.
  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
