Key Responsibilities- Addressing and resolving issues while providing follow-up and recommendations for corporate Centers of Excellence, including but not limited to: responding to hotline inquiries, conducting investigations, consulting on corrective actions and performance management, and interpreting policies.
- Driving Employee Engagement Initiatives – Developing and following up on Engagement Action Plans, serving as the point of contact for corporate engagement and celebration activities.
- Facilitating Talent Acquisition – Acting as the primary contact for corporate leadership development programs.
- Conducting HR metrics reporting and analysis to inform decision-making.
- Providing assistance with Benefits and Payroll as necessary.
- Implementing on-boarding programs and initiatives to enhance new employee integration.

Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources is preferred, or equivalent experience in human resources planning and organizational development is required.

- Experience in employment relations, including conducting investigations and developing resolutions, is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and consult with various levels of management on a regular basis.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and potentially holidays.
