Senior HR Business Partner Job Description

HotFoot Recruiters is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide strategic HR leadership and operational support to our government services clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the HR function for Government Services, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and client-specific regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business goals.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for leaders, managers, and employees, providing guidance on HR matters.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams and COEs to deliver HR services that support local and regional operations.
  • Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding for the San Antonio site.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR qualification (e.g., SHRM) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as a senior HRBP or HR generalist, with a strong background in managing HR operations.
  • Experience in government services, medical, or military health is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business leaders, employees, and HR teams.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and experience with data analytics.
  • Fluency in English is required; the ability to speak Spanish or any other language is an advantage.
