About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at TriQuest Business Services. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the HR function and developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
    • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
  • Performance Management:
    • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
    • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance feedback and improvement strategies.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training and development needs across the organization.
    • Develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • HR Policy and Compliance:
    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Stay updated on changes in employment law and regulations.
  • Employee Benefits and Compensation:
    • Administer employee benefits programs.
    • Review and benchmark compensation and benefits packages.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a leadership role within HR.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and metrics.
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
