Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary
Shannon Health seeks a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to maintain HR functions for defined departments. This role will assist the Director and Assistant Director in resolving complex personnel issues, developing HR strategies, and processes. The ideal candidate will evaluate company policies, research changes in HR law, and recommend, implement, and enforce changes for their respective departments. This position will work on multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong business judgment, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees and executive-level personnel. The HR Business Partner will think strategically, possess knowledge of best practices, and a solid understanding of HR. Responsibilities include monitoring and reducing turnover, providing support in employee issues, and preparing content for monthly Leadership Development classes.
