Epic Ambulatory Systems Analyst

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking to fill a permanent role for an Epic - Ambulatory Analyst. This position requires a professional with a strong background in Epic Ambulatory implementations within large healthcare organizations.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience with 1-2 prior implementations of Epic Ambulatory in a multi-facility healthcare environment.
- Hands-on experience with Ambulatory Build.
- Certification in Epic Ambulatory.

Salary: $90,000 per year
Work Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise, project management, and guidance in the implementation and operation of computer systems for financial, clinical, and administrative functions.
- Organize and schedule complex computer system tasks, ensuring compliance with departmental policies.
- Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned or defined in performance evaluations.
Additional Functions:
- Act as the primary support contact for end-users of the application.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise within the application area and those affecting other teams.
- Guide workflow design, build and test the system, and analyze technical issues related to Epic software.
- Implement requested changes to the system as necessary.
- Serve as a liaison between end-users and Epic implementation staff.
- Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and participate in project team meetings.
- Collaborate with Epic representatives and end-users to ensure the system meets business needs regarding project deliverables.
- Develop an understanding of operational needs through site visits and validation sessions.
- Participate in training and assist end-users as required.
- Troubleshoot problems and inquiries as they arise.
- Review project status and issues with leadership on an ongoing basis.
- Conduct weekly communications with team members regarding deliverables, issues, end-user concerns, and milestones.
- Demonstrate competence in customer assistance responsibilities, adapting methods to meet the unique needs of customers.
- Support the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Exhibit established customer service behaviors and standards, treating all customers with respect and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Experienced
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Education: No Degree Required

- Epic (4 years of experience required)
- Ambulatory Certification
- Epic Build experience (3 years of experience required)
- Epic Implementation experience
- Business Analysis
