Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients in the Ambulatory setting, adhering to University Health policies and standards.
- Support and promote University Health System values to ensure exceptional patient relations.
- Maintain and facilitate department policies and standards.
- Perform the nursing process in a designated clinic setting.
- Graduation from an accredited school of vocational nursing is required.
- Four years or more experience in healthcare delivery as an LVN is required.
- ACLS certification may be required based on site location.
- Must possess a current license to practice Vocational Nursing in the State of Texas.
- Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.
