Our client is seeking a dedicated Epic - Ambulatory Analyst for a permanent role. This position is essential for enhancing the efficiency of healthcare operations through the Epic Ambulatory system.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with 1-2 prior implementations of Epic Ambulatory in a large-scale healthcare environment.
  • Hands-on experience in Ambulatory Build.
  • Certification in Epic Ambulatory is mandatory.

Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $90,000 per year
Work Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise, project management, and guidance in the deployment and operation of computer systems used for clinical, financial, and administrative purposes.
  • Organize and manage complex computer system tasks, ensuring compliance with departmental policies.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and staff.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Functions:

  • Act as the primary support contact for end-users of the application.
  • Identify and resolve issues within the application area and those affecting other teams.
  • Guide workflow design, build, and test the system while addressing technical challenges associated with Epic software.
  • Implement requested changes to the system as necessary.
  • Serve as a liaison between end-users and Epic implementation teams.
  • Communicate regularly with Epic representatives and participate in project team meetings.
  • Collaborate with Epic representatives and the healthcare business community to ensure the system meets operational needs.
  • Develop insights into operational requirements by attending site visits and validation sessions.
  • Participate in training and support end-users as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Review project statuses and issues with leadership on an ongoing basis.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with team members to discuss deliverables, shared issues, and upcoming milestones.
  • Adapt customer assistance methods to meet the diverse needs of clients.
  • Support the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Exhibit established customer service behaviors and standards.
  • Treat all clients with respect and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Experience Level: Experienced
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Education: No Degree Required

Required Skills:

  • Epic (4 years of experience required)
  • Ambulatory Certification
  • Epic Build experience (3 years of experience required)
  • Experience in Epic Implementation
  • Business Analysis skills
