Position Overview

The Community Manager plays a pivotal role in the effective management of our conference center, lounge, and amenity areas. This position requires a collaborative spirit, working closely with the Property Management team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional tenant experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the conference center, lounge, and amenity spaces, including an outdoor terrace.
  • Coordinate with the Property Management team to plan and execute meetings, including food and beverage services, room setups, and audiovisual needs.
  • Welcome guests to the amenity floor and spearhead the planning and execution of engaging programs and events for tenants, with support from the corporate team.
  • Maintain a visible presence in common areas, ensuring they are presentable and functional, while promptly addressing any maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with Property Management to design and implement creative tenant engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee the tenant engagement budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Communicate building events and offerings through various channels in collaboration with Property Management.
  • Create promotional materials to enhance visibility of amenity spaces and services.
  • Manage social media platforms to promote property amenities and programs.
  • Facilitate the booking and rental of meeting spaces, including payment processing.
  • Develop regular content for the tenant app to keep residents informed and engaged.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to enrich tenant experiences.
  • Track utilization and activity data to prepare monthly reports and summaries.
  • Gather feedback from tenants post-events to drive continuous improvement.

Experience and Education
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; however, relevant hospitality and event experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years in event planning or 5 years in hospitality, or a degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Communications.
