Position Title: Community Engagement Coordinator at Chestnut Health Systems
Company Overview: Become a part of Chestnut Health Systems, a distinguished organization dedicated to applied research, program evaluation, training, and consultation in the field of behavioral health.
- Contractual position with the option for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ensure continuity of client engagement throughout various projects.
- Conduct visits to clients' homes and collaborate with external stakeholders.
- Utilize motivational interviewing strategies effectively.
- Engage in quality assurance processes and monitoring activities.
- Participate actively in case review discussions.
- Share research findings and information with potential participants and sources.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an Associate's degree is preferred.
- Experience working with diverse study populations is advantageous.
- Strong time management and communication skills are essential.
- Basic proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
- GAIN/ABS certification must be obtained within six months of employment.
