Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team as a Sales Deal Acceleration Specialist. This is a critical role that requires strong project management skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a passion for driving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Opportunity Management: Manage high-value sales opportunities from proposal to close, ensuring alignment with organizational revenue goals.
  • Track Actions and Accountability: Monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and hold the sales team accountable for timely closure.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Sales Management to drive deal progression, develop project timelines, and report on risks to timelines or funnel progression.
  • Revenue Impact: Contribute to achieving revenue goals by bringing sales deals to timely closure and identifying potential areas to expedite project execution.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a liaison within the sales team, facilitating regular PM calls and holding accountability for attendance.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks associated with closing large deals, providing executive-level communication.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Develop a system to summarize and report on deal progress for executive leadership consumption, including ownership of file structure and tools for project management.
  • Post-Project Analysis: Conduct post-mortem evaluations of closed deals to identify best practices and areas for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years in project management within a sales-oriented environment, ideally with capital sales or complex deal structures.

  • Revenue-Driven: Ability to understand sales goals and impact revenue through successful deal execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with Sales to drive projects forward.
  • Process Improvement: Proactive identification of areas to streamline project execution and support faster deal closure.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Remote (with occasional on-site meetings)
