Retirement Plan Sales Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Sales Representative to join our team at Talent-Works. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our unique and competitive retirement plans to current customers and small to medium-sized business prospects. You will collaborate with the marketing team to engage customers and prospects in marketing campaigns, present plan cost analyses and design options, and implement retirement plans in collaboration with the customer experience team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career and help match people with the right financial solutions. If you have 3 years of retirement sales experience, a Series 65 License, and a high level of integrity that puts customers' interests first, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. They will also be able to innovate and drive change in the retirement and HCM industry, while embracing and driving company values and mission. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven, with a strong ability to problem-solve and think critically. Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Collaborating with the marketing team to engage current customers and prospective customers in marketing campaigns to promote our proprietary retirement plan offering
- Presenting plan cost analyses and plan design options to retirement plan prospects
- Preparing and distributing the needed plan documents for approvals and signatures
- Implementing retirement plans in collaboration with the customer experience team
- Educating and enrolling business owners and employees in their retirement plans
