Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve budgeted occupancy and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the national marketing team to establish and maintain marketing goals and objectives
  • Research and build community marketing plans to attract target audiences and drive business objectives
  • Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, including collateral and digital assets
  • Regularly communicate with ownership groups, asset managers, and regional executive team members on marketing performance
  • Manage software integrations and data accuracy in Property Management Software systems
  • Set up and monitor reputation management and lead tracking
  • Train and manage on-site teams on marketing software and strategies
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of multifamily marketing experience
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field
  • Previous experience with property management software
  • Graphic design experience a plus
  • Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
