  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of insurance contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed customer service expectations.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities in high-pressure environments.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to interpret patient insurance benefits and manage financial discussions.
  • Capable of discussing sensitive financial concepts with patients.
