We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Access Representative to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Patient Access Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth registration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Scheduling: Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and medical history; schedule appointments and procedures; and coordinate with healthcare providers and staff.
  • Medical Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear instructions and information.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, manage supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient access or registration.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and proficiency in medical terminology and computer software.
