  • Answers and routes incoming calls, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Scans and files paperwork, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Requires strong multi-tasking capabilities, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Ensures adherence to strict confidentiality guidelines, protecting sensitive patient information.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent, plus at least 2 years of applicable experience, or Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree with 1-year applicable experience, or combination of some college and 1-year experience.
  • Working knowledge of computer-based applications and strong PC/keyboard skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to use sound judgment in decision making.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with demonstrated time management skills.
  • Ability to handle high workload volume, with excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
  • Ability to be flexible and demonstrated ability to be adaptable.

Salary Range

$18.00/hr - $23.79/hr
