Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Vice President of Marketing Strategy. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a proven track record in diverse go-to-market strategies. The successful candidate will be a transformative leader eager to collaborate with a venture-backed startup dedicated to unlocking the capabilities of innovative manufacturers, providing a comprehensive global supply chain, and streamlining the sourcing of custom mechanical components from initial prototypes to full-scale production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive all marketing and branding initiatives across various functions.
  • Enhance brand visibility by assessing our current market position and implementing strategies for growth.
  • Lead and mentor the growth marketing team to effectively disseminate our messaging through optimal marketing channels, including digital platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research on our products, target demographics, and customer journeys to inform competitive marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the marketing budget for all inbound and outbound initiatives.
  • Ensure the successful execution of both digital and in-person marketing campaigns.
  • Organize and manage various marketing events, including customer engagement activities and industry conferences.
  • Create high-quality content for marketing campaigns and sales support, including market analyses, webinars, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities against established goals, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in executive leadership roles within companies exceeding $100 million in revenue, with a history of driving growth to $500 million or more.
  • A visionary mindset coupled with a strong analytical and strategic approach, balanced by creativity and hands-on execution.
  • A comprehensive understanding of all marketing disciplines, including product marketing, branding, and business development.
  • Expertise in both inbound and outbound marketing strategies tailored for enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated success in positioning a company within a competitive market landscape.
  • A data-driven mindset with a keen focus on metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Strong communication skills and experience in scaling organizations beyond $100 million.
  • A collaborative and transparent leadership style, fostering a culture of growth and learning.
