We are looking for a Senior Vice President of Product to spearhead our Audience business and client platform. This pivotal leadership position will oversee the profitability and operational success of our audience and insights division, encompassing comprehensive product management from strategy formulation to execution and market launch. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of customer requirements, technical expertise, and a strategic vision to guide our products from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an industry authority by defining and refining the roadmap for audience and measurement products.
  • Lead strategic go-to-market initiatives by implementing product strategies, positioning, messaging, metrics, and all aspects related to the business case.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from initial concept to market introduction, including ideation, scope definition, specification, prioritization, design, implementation, quality assurance, launch, and iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative, high-quality products on schedule and within budget.
  • Analyze user needs through usability studies, A/B testing, usage data, research, and market analysis to inform product requirements.
  • Establish and evaluate metrics that gauge product success, driving usage, retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • Influence and align various teams to achieve product objectives, collaborating across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer success, finance, and marketing.
  • Embrace inclusivity by seeking diverse perspectives throughout the product development process.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings and industry events, ensuring a positive reflection of the brand's values and standards.
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Product Management, particularly in ad tech, user platforms, and measurement products.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency; ability to influence and engage in discussions with technical teams, comprehend technology solutions and trade-offs, and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset; ability to integrate customer feedback and experiences throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Proven experience in managing customer data platforms (CDPs) and leveraging these systems for effective customer segmentation and personalized marketing.
  • Familiarity with demand-side platforms (DSPs), including campaign setup, optimization, and performance evaluation.
  • Solid understanding of data lake technologies, structures, and best practices for storing, processing, and analyzing large datasets in a cloud environment.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills; ability to influence and align teams to meet objectives.
  • Knowledge across various functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer success, finance, and marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in coding.
  • Familiarity with statistics and advertising measurement methodologies.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying customer interfaces, particularly in the advertising sector.
  • Background in the TV, Media, Entertainment, or digital advertising industries.
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications.
