Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism
  • Facilitate patient check-ins and notify clinical staff of arrivals
  • Provide and clarify necessary documentation for patients
  • Update patient records in the system
  • Collect co-payments and outstanding balances
  • Address inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments
  • Coordinate and adjust appointment schedules
  • Maintain the lobby area and manage supplies
  • Ensure adherence to confidentiality protocols
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in reception or office settings preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exhibits flexibility and a commitment to excellence
