About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Angel Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and lead by example in our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • One year of hospital nursing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program.
  • Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
