The Lemoine Company, LLC is actively seeking a skilled Healthcare Project Manager to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing and directing various healthcare construction projects, ensuring that all operations align with our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise assigned projects, focusing on field operations, safety protocols, productivity, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct thorough safety meetings and enforce site-specific safety plans to mitigate risks.
  • Implement quality control procedures to address any non-conforming work, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up inspections.
  • Oversee projects with annual revenues ranging from $15 million to $40 million, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Regularly review project cost summaries to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop project schedules, milestones, and manage critical material deliveries.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to assistant project managers and field staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within the commercial construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of project planning and scheduling across various construction trades.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial construction practices and standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
  • Excellent mathematical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be able to meet the physical and mental demands necessary to fulfill the essential functions of the role.
