Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the change request process for product design and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to assess and approve change requests.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to engineering changes, ensuring all necessary approvals are secured.
  • Communicate changes effectively to all relevant stakeholders, including suppliers and clients.
  • Track and record all change requests meticulously.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing updates on the status of change requests.
  • Ensure adherence to change control processes, maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and systems related to engineering change management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in engineering change management or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with change management processes and systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
