Government Contracts Attorney Opportunity

Woods Rogers is seeking a skilled attorney with 3+ years of experience in government contracting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government contracts counseling, including experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and agency supplements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on government contracting matters, including bid protests, requests for equitable adjustment, and contract disputes.
  • Assist clients in navigating the complexities of government procurement, including federal, state, and local procurement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with federal procurement requirements and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and mitigate risks associated with government contracting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in government contracting, preferably in a law firm, government agency, or in-house counsel office.
  • Strong familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and agency supplements.
  • Excellent academic credentials and writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas to clients.
