Job Summary

As a key member of our Business Development team, you will work closely with us throughout the proposal process, from planning to labor rate calculations, cost spreadsheets, and post-award contract administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze proposed prices, forecast trends, and estimate service costs.
  • Evaluate subcontractor bids and perform cost analysis.
  • Develop pre-negotiation positions and support contract negotiations.
  • Support Financial department with reports, budgets, and ROI analysis.
  • Prepare and present pricing analysis findings to clients and senior leadership.
  • Compile proposal package documentation for submission to customer.
  • Administer, modify, and evaluate contract terms.
  • Assist in administration of the Unanet Financial System.
  • Manage GSA contracts, assess DOL Wage Determination.
  • Generate contract close-out actions.
  • Identify contracting issues.
  • Stay informed on pricing analysis methods and industry trends.
  • Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications.
  • Assure a high level of quality in performance of all work.
  • Perform other corporate assigned duties.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' experience in contracting.
  • 1+ years' experience in using Unanet Financial System.
  • 2+ years in professional services managing federal government contracts.
  • 2+ years' experience in building FFP, CPFF and T&M related pricing proposals.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot tables and formulas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
