As a Guest Experience Specialist at Sonder, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their stay is nothing short of amazing.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

* Serve as the primary point of contact for guests through phone, email, and messaging
* Acquire in-depth knowledge of our travel business to address any guest inquiries
* Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and positively
* Manage reservations from beginning to end in case of overflow from the Central Reservations Team
* Collaborate with our city teams to tackle on-site issues and provide regular updates to guests

**What We're Looking For:**

* Minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education
* At least 2 years of customer-facing experience (e.g., retail, contact center, food service industry)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Outgoing personality and enjoyment in communicating with others via phone, email, and chat
* Proficient computer skills
* Sense of humor
* Dependable transportation
* Flexibility to work a varied schedule
* While our teams operate remotely, you must have a quiet workspace with reliable internet
* Bonus: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
