Overview

As a Customer Service Associate II, you will play a crucial role in our branch by delivering exceptional service to our clients and assisting them in achieving their financial objectives through our banking products. This position offers an opportunity to acquire valuable insights into the banking and finance industry while guiding customers to the most suitable banking solutions for their needs.

This is a full-time role, requiring up to 40 hours per week. Flexibility is essential to accommodate staffing needs for training or employee absences. Our branch operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a positive first impression by providing friendly and courteous service to customers.
  • Processing various customer transactions efficiently.
  • Managing cash and ensuring drawer balances are accurate.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
  • Maintaining and managing bank and customer accounts, including account openings and closings.
  • Preparing necessary documentation for account management, including obtaining signatures and assigning account numbers as required.
  • Researching and resolving inquiries from both external and internal customers.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service; cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
