Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Proactively engage with customers to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide personalized recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
  • Sales and Service: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships, while providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our bank's products and services, including cash management, remote deposit capture, and other business solutions, to effectively advise customers on their financial needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch colleagues to ensure seamless customer service, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to bank regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, and Customer Privacy and Information Security.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Proficient in business products and services, with a strong understanding of cash management and remote deposit capture.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services industry.
