About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador. As a key member of our café team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers and the community to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Proactively promote our services and products to customers and the community
  • Guide customers through goal setting and financial literacy initiatives
  • Collaborate with the team to plan events and activities that promote financial education and community engagement
  • Volunteer within the community to promote financial literacy and support local initiatives
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
