About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador in the D.C. area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting financial literacy in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and community members to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide personalized financial guidance and support to customers, helping them to achieve their financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and deliver engaging financial education programs and events that promote financial literacy and stability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and programs.
  • Work closely with local businesses, non-profits, and community organizations to build partnerships and promote our services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in G-Suite and other digital tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
