About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Café Ambassador. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting financial literacy in our café.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the community team to plan and execute events, workshops, and other initiatives that promote financial education and community engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience in our café.
  • Stay up-to-date with Capital One's products and services, using this knowledge to educate customers and promote our offerings.
  • Work closely with the café team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring that all customers feel valued and supported.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in G-Suite and other digital tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
