About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Velocity Vehicle Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new clients through networking, advertising, and other means of generating interest
  • Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners and exploring opportunities
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Attend industry functions to establish new and maintain current relationships with clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to grow business in the future
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services offered to clients
  • Develop a robust pipeline of transactions
  • Provide support that continually improves the customer relationship
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements and developing and negotiating contracts
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing deal requirements and financials
  • Increases sales opportunities and thereby maximizes revenue for the organization
Requirements
  • B.A. preferred
  • Minimum of four or five (4-5) years of experience
  • Excellent business sense, interpersonal skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Effectively reacts to management requirements in a timely manner
