Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant III to provide exceptional support to our department. As an Administrative Assistant III, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a department or individual, including typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and sorting/distributing mail. You will also work on special projects, including recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information. A successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and strong administrative coordination abilities. Experience with SAP and/or SharePoint is preferred, as is previous experience in the oil and gas industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
- Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and sorting/distributing mail.
- Works on special projects, including recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
- Proficiency with MS Office required.
- Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office, and email systems.
- Strong administrative coordination abilities.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with SAP and/or SharePoint preferred.
- Previous experience in the oil and gas industry preferred.
