Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $40 per hour, which may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is based in part on market location and provides ongoing training and continuous employment development opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
This opportunity involves various administrative tasks, including:
  • T&E management for direct reports
  • On-boarding and off-boarding processes for new employees and contractors
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining a venture calendar
  • Timekeeping stewardship
  • Teambuilding coordination
  • Creation and maintenance of distribution lists and access
  • Supporting business visa applications and meeting room reservations
  • Handling visitor access and parking arrangements
  • Vacation stewardship and miscellaneous administrative tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. A valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance coverage are also required.
