Job Summary
The Corporate Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the department or individual, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative assistance with tasks such as typing, filing, and answering phones
- Scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, and coordinating meetings and conferences
- Obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail
- Working on special projects involving recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting, and analyzing information
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administrative coordination abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and prioritize tasks effectively
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. First Tek offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
