Position Summary: This role is responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of administrative, operational, and support services for designated teams or managers.

You will be actively involved in generating reports, tracking data, performing data entry, maintaining records, and ensuring data integrity. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards, guidelines, and procedures. You may also conduct reviews and assessments of work quality and productivity metrics for specific product lines or operational areas.

In addition, you may oversee the review and finalization of loan modifications, documentation, and related policies to ensure effective execution of the loan management process.

You may also manage the decentralized vendor oversight within the loan management division. Proficiency in PC-based software applications for word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics is essential. Specific duties may vary depending on the area of assignment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Four or more years of experience in administrative support functions

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • One or more years of experience in income assessment or analysis preferred
  • Strong verbal, grammatical, and written communication skills
  • Well-developed reading, writing, and numerical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines effectively
  • Capability to identify and resolve discrepancies and interpret data
  • Proficient in PC applications, particularly Microsoft Office and graphics software
  • Demonstrated administrative capabilities with a keen attention to detail
