Key Responsibilities

  • Correspondence: Compose professional correspondence letters and other documents as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate Degree, College Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: One year of experience providing customer service, data input, and reconciliation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems, with experience gathering and compiling data for report generation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Non-Profit Experience: One year of experience working with donors in a non-profit setting.
  • Correspondence Composition: Demonstrated experience composing correspondence for multiple audiences.
