  • Replace guest amenities and supplies, and ensure that all appliances are present and in working order.
  • Make beds, fold linens, and clean bathrooms to the highest standards.
  • Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items, and ensure that all areas are tidy and organized.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, and report any maintenance problems or safety hazards.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, and anticipate and address their service needs.
  • Support team members to reach common goals, and ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a professional and pleasant personality.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
