Customer Experience Director

The Customer Experience Director at UP Entertainment plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences for subscribers and viewers. This leadership position oversees the technical and customer service support for streaming services, including UP Faith & Family and GaitherTV+, as well as UPtv viewers. The director is responsible for identifying and eliminating root causes of customer issues, working collaboratively with technology, operations, and programming teams to ensure timely resolutions.
About the Role:
This high-profile position requires a strong leader who can drive process optimization, elevate service standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a keen analytical mindset, and experience managing customer service teams. A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required, along with 10-15 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity and 5 years managing customer service.
